Prom dress shopping was such a great experience! I found so many beautiful options and felt really confident trying them on. The staff were helpful and made the process fun. I’m so happy with the dress I chose it’s perfect.
I came with my mom here and we had an amazing experience everyone was so nice and helpful. You should probably come early to get your dress as there was a lineup being so busy!
The environment was very friendly and offered discounts based on the state of the dress. Dresses fit amazing but make sure to come early so every size is there because some aren’t put online. Alterations aren’t too expensive and staff were friendly with suggestions.

I had such a great experience shopping at Norma Reed in Oshawa! The store had a beautiful selection, and everything was so well organized. Jay helped me during my visit, and she was absolutely amazing — super friendly, patient, and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Norma Reed is now my pageant go to dress shop. I walked in one day to look after I picked a dress I was unhappy with from another store and instantly given the best help. Diana is so wonderful and picked a dress for me I wouldn’t have even thought of and I instantly fell in love with it. This dress has currently now won me 2 National titles and I cannot wait to find my dress with Norma Reed for Internationals. What I love most about coming here is they make you feel like family and really take the time to show you so many different options so you really get a feel for what looks good on you.
