Well you have definitely come to the right place! Since 1970 at Norma Reed we have helped hundreds of thousands of girls and women alike look stunning on that magical day. Whether it be your Prom, Wedding, Graduation or just a girls night out, we have the perfect dress for you, and not to mention the accessories to match! Come down and visit NORMA REED in Fairview Mall, one of the largest shopping center's in Toronto as well as Oshawa Center Mall the largest mall in Durham Region. We are located on the Upper Level next across from Swarovski in Fairview Mall and on the Upper Level across from Adidas in Oshawa Center Mall.Also look out for new locations coming soon!No time to visit us in person? Our policy lasts 7 days for online returns and 3 days for in store returns. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

At this time we do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like a different item we will either happily exchange your purchase or offer a store credit for the amount of your purchase.

Store Credit
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, send it back to us and we will issue a store credit for the full amount of your purchase. Return shipping instructions are outlined below.

We will gladly exchange your item within 7 days of purchase for online or 3 days for purchase in store. Please include receipt or proof of purchase in your package when mailing the item back to us. Send us an email at and please take a look at return shipping instructions outlined below. Do not return an item until contacting us first.

To return your product please contact us at You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
