This store is fantastic! The store is clean, spacious and so many options to choose from. The service and staff is amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Shohreh, she was kind and patient and very good about keeping me in the loop about my order and made sure I got my dress on time for my event. She was also amazing with my mom’s order and she was super kind with my grandmother. Helping us find a dress that would make my grandmother comfortable and with in her price range. I would give this store a 5/5 for service and outstanding customer service. Thank you 🙏

I had great time in Norma Reed store today. Amisha was amazing, she helped me with finding the right dress for the occasion Im going to. She was really polite, patient and very helpful plus she knows what the store caring, so the choice of the dress was really quick!

I loved the workers here were super supportive and helped with finding dresses in my budget. Also the seaming the seamstress can give advice and it’s not expensive to change. I recommend 100%!!!
Pageant Winners Wearing Norma Reed

Norma Reed is now my pageant go to dress shop. I walked in one day to look after I picked a dress I was unhappy with from another store and instantly given the best help. Diana is so wonderful and picked a dress for me I wouldn’t have even thought of and I instantly fell in love with it. This dress has currently now won me 2 National titles and I cannot wait to find my dress with Norma Reed for Internationals. What I love most about coming here is they make you feel like family and really take the time to show you so many different options so you really get a feel for what looks good on you. I love Norma Reed and can’t say enough nice things. If you’re looking for a dress store that will find you exactly what your heart wants, look no further. :)
